Percent increase in semester fees of B. Ed. in the year 2007 as compared to 2006.

\begin{aligned} = {\frac{(13.9 - 11.6)}{11.6} \times 100} % \\ = (\frac{2.3}{11.6} \times 100) % \\ = \frac{2300}{116} % \\ = \frac{575}{29} % \\ = 19.8 % \\ \approx 20 % \end{aligned}
