Solution:
Number of candidates clearing the exam from state D in
2008(1.83×60100)lakhs=1.83×35 lakhs=5.495 lakhs=1.10 lakhs2009(2.01×56100)lakhs=2.01×1425 lakhs=28.1425 lakhs=1.12 lakhs
In rest of the years it is clearly less.
So, it is maximum in the year 2009
