1. A, B and C completed a work costing Rs. 1800. A work for 6 days, B for 4 days and C for 9 days. If their daily wages are in the ratio of 5 : 6 : 4, how much amount will be received by A?
Total wage = Rs. 1800
6 × 5x + 4 × 6x + 4 × 9x = 1800 [As A, B, C works for 6, 4, 9 days respectively]
Or, 90x = 1800

Solution:
Ratio of their daily wages = 5 : 6 : 4Total wage = Rs. 1800
