Solution:

\begin{aligned} Time taken by Kamal \\ = \frac{100}{\frac{18 \times 5}{18}} \\ = 20 seconds \\ Hence, \\ Time taken by Bimal \\ 20 + 5 = 25 seconds \\ So, Bimal's speed \\ = \frac{100}{25} \\ = 4 \\ = \frac{4 \times 18}{5} \\ = 14.4 kmph \end{aligned}
