Solution:

Let the radii of the two circle be 3r and 2r respectively
Then, required ratio :

\begin{aligned} = \frac{2 π (3 r)}{2 π (2 r)} \\ = \frac{3}{2} \\ = 3 : 2 \end{aligned}
